The problem

From 11 September 2026 manufacturers must report actively exploited vulnerabilities and severe incidents through ENISA's Single Reporting Platform (SRP): 24h early warning, 72h notification, final report. The Article 14 clock is not paused by an on-call roster.

When does the duty start?

CRA Article 14 reporting applies from 11 September 2026 via the ENISA SRP. Verify the live SRP URL on ENISA's official page when it is published.

Will the pack be updated when the SRP goes live?
